Senior Events Manager
- Translate the client's needs into a concept, action plan and execution of this action plan
(e.g. negotiations with suppliers, coordination of logistics, on-site event management, ...) - Main point of contact for our client
- Ensure the development and production of complex virtual, hybrid and live events
- Manage budgets
- Create offers, contracts, presentations and other administrative tasks
You have
- Min. 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a hotel or agency
- a very good knowledge of English, French and Dutch
- good negotiation skills and not afraid to use them
- a valid driver's license
- Valid working permit in Belgium
You are
- an effective communicator, both written and verbal
- born with a computer in your hands
- problem-solver and team player
- not afraid to board an aircraft
