Communication Coordinator
What will you do?
As our Communication Coordinator, you are the link between strategy and execution, for OFCORES and for the events of our clients. You translate stories into assets that work across channels, juggle multiple projects in parallel and keep our brand sharp wherever it shows up. Your responsibilities include:
- Social media management. Plan content, publish and grow social media channels.
- Short-form copywriting. Captions, news posts, internal communications and briefings. For longer pieces, you brief and steer external copywriters.
- Hands-on design. Create assets in Canva and keep our visual identity consistent. Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) is a plus.
- Brand guardian. Safeguard tone-of-voice, look and feel across every channel and project.
- Newsletters and database. Set up, send and analyse newsletters; manage and grow our contact databases.
- Video content. Capture and edit short clips and reels for social media.
- Data tracking and analysis. Monitor performance across channels, translate metrics into actionable insights and report results to the team and to clients.
- Event communication support. Back up our event teams with on and offline communication around our flagship events.
Who are you?
- 3 to 5 years of experience in communication, marketing or content, in an agency, in-house or events environment.
- A degree in Communication, Marketing or a related field is preferred. If your portfolio and experience speak for themselves, we are equally happy to hear from you. We like out-of-the-box thinkers.
- Confident communicator across Dutch, French and English
- Tech-savvy and AI-driven: you master AI tools to boost your productivity and deliver high-quality content
- A confident short-copy writer who can adapt tone for different audiences and channels.
- Comfortable with Canva and the Microsoft Office package. Adobe Creative Suite is a bonus.
- Organised, multi-tasker, calm under deadline pressure.
- Team player with a sharp eye for detail and a feel for brand consistency.
- Apple-savvy
