An unforgettable 4-day retreat designed to inspire, connect, and energise. This annual event brought together 450 colleagues from across the globe for a unique blend of professional development and team bonding at the stunning Meliá Durrës in Albania. Throughout the retreat, participants engaged in impactful keynote speeches, interactive workshops, and inspiring award moments. Beyond the conference room, the programme featured a variety of outdoor activities — from kayaking and wine tasting to scenic hikes — offering the perfect balance between learning and leisure. This event wasn’t just about work. It was about stepping away from the daily desk, building trust, forming real connections, and enjoying themed evenings filled with entertainment, laughter, and shared experiences.

Solutions
We delivered a comprehensive, full-service experience that left nothing to chance. From the outset, we managed every logistical aspect, including international flights, private shuttle transfers to and from the resort, and seamless hotel bookings. Our team coordinated all external activities, developed a tailor-made event website, and designed a complete visual identity to brand the entire conference experience.

The event took place in Albania (outside of Schengen area), which brought an added layer of complexity and required strong logistical expertise. We navigated local regulations, managed customs procedures, and optimised delivery planning and associated costs to ensure all materials—including merchandise, equipment, and décor—arrived on time and in perfect condition.

A custom-built tent structure served as the central plenary space, fully furnished and equipped for high-level meetings. Each evening, the venue was transformed according to a thoughtfully crafted theme—creating distinctive atmospheres with bespoke décor, immersive lighting, and curated furniture arrangements. We also orchestrated a dynamic team-building programme to foster collaboration and connection among participants.

We ensured the smooth running of the hotel experience, managing every detail: from the timely delivery of swag bags to the curation of food and beverage menus, daily snack and coffee break set-ups, and the transformation of restaurants into functional meeting spaces. Bespoke merchandise and carefully selected goodies added a personal and premium touch to the guest experience. Our team also took charge of all audiovisual requirements, both for daytime sessions and evening programmes.

Entertainment was a highlight each night, with hand-picked experiences such as live DJ sets, interactive games, and relaxed lounge spaces encouraging guests to unwind and network in style.

Throughout the event, guests were offered a rich selection of memorable, on-site and off-site activities. These included kayaking on the serene Lake Topama, thrilling 4x4 jeep adventures, guided trail walks along the breathtaking Cape of Rodon, a scenic wine tasting combined with a boat tour, and a culturally immersive day trip to the vibrant capital city of Tirana.
