The European High Performance Computing (EuroHPC) Summit Week is Europe’s leading event on the subject, bringing together researchers from all over the world. After partnering with OFCORES for two physical editions in Ljubljana and Poznan, we helped the EuroHPC take this 2021 edition fully virtual.
Solutions
OFCORES provided expert virtual event solutions, implementing a dynamic mix of content engagement formats. Over the course of this 5-day event, we broadcasted live panels with real-time captions, integrated pre-recorded sessions followed by live Q&As, facilitated quick-fire 1:1 live Q&As between sessions, organized themed virtual break-out rooms where attendees kept the conversations going, and more. Further, we offered instant video uploads so participants could revisit content they missed right away.
Our services also included registration management, livestream and virtual studio coordination, moderator training, and appealing online event platform development and management. Additionally, we provided exceptional event production services, including script creation, on-site technical direction, coordination of more than 160 speakers, and screen display designs.

Results
Thanks to the professional and efficient collaboration with OFCORES, the EuroHPC Summit Week 2021 was a great success. Over the course of 5 days, the event gave the 1300+ participants the opportunity to network and discover impactful research developments from colleagues around the world. This was made possible with livestreamed content through an online platform – accessible and interactive for viewers from the comfort of their own homes!
