Solutions

OFCORES supported EARTO in the creation and follow-up of the event budget and the time schedule. They powered the association with consultancy and best practices in order to welcome the international attendees in the best possible way. The event script, the implementation of a registration tool and on-site event management were also part of the assignment.

On the communication and technology side, the main focus was on the updates of the event website and the organisation of the live streaming.
